Full planning services transfer all coordination and record keeping to the planner. The planner communicates and works directly with your vendors on your behalf.
Hourly consulting is designed for "as needed" support for DIY brides and pro-planners. Book an appointment whenever you feel decision fatigue, overwhelmed or disorganized. We will work through decisions together and lay out a plan to move forward.
Consulting sessions are your opportunity to talk through choices, ideas, vendors, timelines and logistics. We supply vendor and purchasing recommendations for quality and quantity, best practices and find ways to save money, time and stress. We develop a "next steps" list and track what still needs to be done. The goal of every meeting is for you to walk away with a clear mind and a confident sense of direction while you hire and communicate with your vendors directly and keep your own records.
Totally up to you! We can create and book a schedule up to 8 months out, or you can book as you go. Day of Coordination includes a set meeting schedule..
10 minutes prior to the end of your scheduled time, we have the choice to continue the session at a rate of $35 for every 30 minute block. Each session block has a scheduled overtime allowance for important conversations to continue.
Unused time can be credited towards a future session in increments of 15 minutes, or as a credit towards a Day of Coordination package.
